Owner and Guests: a gap filled in real time

0. The Owner runs back-to-back meetings, Jamie is on a call.
1. 14:15: Jamie hangs up and a 15 min gap opens for the Owner.
2. A single “CALLING GAP” notification goes to Alex and Sam at once.
3. Alex is in a meeting and doesn’t reply; Sam opens TalkTime and moves the meeting from 15:00 to 14:15.
4. Sam taps OK and fills the gap: the Owner sees Sam ready, Alex receives “Gap filled”.
5. The schedule updates: Sam moves to 14:15, Alex’s meeting moves to 14:45.
6. Meetings end at 15:15 instead of 15:30.
7. The Owner calls Sam right away.
