How TalkTime’s mini CRM works
- Choose your delay in days, in the CRM settings.
- Call or message from TalkTime: the contact’s CRM date updates and it leaves your suggestions until the delay is over. A long press updates the date for a conversation made elsewhere.
- Follow your suggestions: contacts past their delay come back to the list. In pro mode, only contacts with a company are suggested.
- Export your follow-up to a file, to back it up or move it to another phone.
Example: Karim, a private driver, sets a 30-day delay. He drives a client to the airport and calls him from TalkTime to confirm: that client leaves the suggestions. A month later he is back at the top of the list, and a short message is enough to book the next ride.

FAQ
Are calls made outside TalkTime counted?
No. The CRM date updates when you call or message from TalkTime. For a conversation made elsewhere, a long press on the contact updates the date by hand.
Are my contacts sent to a server?
No. Suggestions and CRM dates are computed and stored on your phone, inside TalkTime. You can export them to a file and import them back.
Is the mini CRM free?
TalkTime is free to download. The mini CRM is part of Premium, with an eligible trial. Check the app for current options and prices.
